Notes:
This was day one of my new strategy for getting through runs. I did 18 min of running, 5 min walking, 18 min running, 5 min walking. I felt great the entire time. I'm not sure if it is because of the new plan or because I had taken the previous two days off. Either way, it felt great to be feel good on a run again (even if I was as slow as molasses)
