I got up and ran before work this morning which is something I rarely do. However, I haven't worked out the last two days due to being extremely tired and I knew I would prefer to spend tonight cuddled up with DH than pounding away on the 'mill.
It was pretty rough getting going and it took me longer than usual to find my groove. However afterwards I felt more alert and alive that I do most mornings. It's also great knowing that my workout is already done and not looming ahead of me all day long.
Maybe I'll do this more often...
