Notes:
I set out to run 3min/walk 1 min and quickly realized that was not in the cards. I felt like crap. So I backed it down to 1 on/1 off. I was beating myself up about not being able to do the prescribed "workout". Then I had a bit of reality check. I am carrying 30 extra pounds, primarily in my abs. I am carrying one baby and pushing another. I am going to give birth in less than 2 weeks. Maybe it's ok to cut it back once in awhile...

Oh my! I am already up over 20 lbs over my marathon racing weight! You're doing great with just 30!! Keep up the good work but no need to push it--the workout that is :) Hope a happy healthy baby comes soon!
