2 hours easy on the treadmill (~8:41 pace); Varying incline up to 5.5
Notes:
My knee was sore and I didn't feel like I had the energy to complete this one. In fact, I almost bailed 10 minutes in. However, the more I ran the better I felt and actually felt decent afterwards. My knee started to ache later in the day so I will focus the coming week on lightening up and rehabbing it.
