2 miles easy; 5 x (5min @6:55 pace, 1 min easy - 1.5% incline); 1 hour easy (rolling hills)
Notes:
Phew. This was a hard workout to geared up for. Just when you complete the interval set and think you are done - WHAM - guess what, one more hour of running. I thought the last hour would me miserable but it actually went by rather quickly due to playing with elevation and watching Kill Bill.
