Notes:
My knee was sore and I didn't feel like I had the energy to complete this one. In fact, I almost bailed 10 minutes in. However, the more I ran the better I felt and actually felt decent afterwards. My knee started to ache later in the day so I will focus the coming week on lightening up and rehabbing it.

Phew. This was a hard workout to geared up for. Just when you complete the interval set and think you are done - WHAM - guess what, one more hour of running. I thought the last hour would me miserable but it actually went by rather quickly due to playing with elevation and watching Kill Bill.

The 20min at threshold pace was uncomfortable but still doable. Which was good because I was all freaked out before the run that I couldn't do it. I should know better - listen to your body not your mind.
